ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS
Through
the
generosity of a
long time Kiwanian, the Dean Bartoo Memorial Scholarship
Fund was established by the Foundation. Each year
the Foundation awards a $1,000 scholarship to a high
school senior. The award is limited to a Key Club
member and the basis for selection includes the
individual's participation in Key Club activities,
leadership skills, Key Club and Kiwanis service to the
community, and attendance at Key Club Conventions and
Weekend of a Lifetime activities.
As monies are available, the Foundation frequently
provides funds to match college scholarships awarded by
the Kiwanis International Foundation. Information
