GOVERNANCE
Every Kiwanian in the Southwest
District is automatically a full member of the Kiwanis
Southwest District Foundation.
|
The
Foundation is governed by a 20-person Board of
Directors, one elected from each of the District’s 17
Divisions,
plus 3 At-Large Directors elected by all
members at the District’s Annual Convention.
The
Officers of the Foundation also serve as Directors.
|
| All
planning and management functions of the Foundation are
accomplished by the Board, through board committees
and
paid staff members. Currently, only the managers and
assistant managers of Kamp Kiwanis are salaried. |
