VOCATIONAL/TECHNICAL SCHOLARSHIPS
The Foundation Board is concerned
that there are a wealth of scholarships available to
students seeking a bachelors degree or higher, but
little or no funds are available to assist students
pursuing a career in a vocational or technical field
that requires less than a 4-year degree.
Types of career fields
for which this program is intended include auto
mechanics, nursing, computer technicians, massage
therapists, medical technicians, etc. Working in
concert with high school guidance counselors, the
Foundation currently awards several scholarships each
year.
